Fail. No name. Or the numbers stay hidden until the deal is done.

Gallons for the campus. How they cool. The power plant, if there is one, is a separate number.
Electricity
The megawatts, and who supplies them. This is the published number. Who pays is the power test.
Noise
The level at the nearest homes, before the vote, not after the complaints.
